Starting an automotive business... kinda

I'm in a small busines management class and we're writing a business plan. My group decided to do a automotive performance shop. My part is all the income statements and ----.

I'm looking for the links to the threads about starting car businesses and any comments you guys have on it.

What would the average start up cost be?

Lifts, tools, building lease... what else?

Startup costs aren't on an income statement.

They might have to do with the "and ----" part though.

Just make ---- up, it's not that hard.
