taco bell chalupas and the spicy chicken sammich from BK mixed with loads of Dr. Pepper and Corona really do a body good. Just look at me.

Only upper body huh? Working legs releases highger levels testosterone. Milk is slower in absorbtion only because it's a casien protien and stays in the system for 7hours.

I"m too lazy to go to the gym and i dont have the proper equipment for doing lower body. I know about the benifits of lower body workouts like doing squats. o how i long to do squats.

how does milk slow it down ? it doubles what you take in, water just cuts it in half.

at least do dead lifts, it has some of the same effect, as far as raising test like squats

Or hack squats or lunges or like clean press it to a frontal squat or DB sumo squats. Soooooo many options.

Deads are cool because they make you feel strong. New personal best today. Thank God. 300lbs for 1 rep.
