Star Wars/Transformers
Anyone seen the new Millenium Falcon toy that transforms into the Han/Chewie robot suit combo? I was watching Adult Swim with the kid, it was just on TV.

Bunny ears with no matter how much tin foil you put on it don't pick up cartoon network. :'(

We had Direct TV but when the wife went to college we had to cut back on somethings and satellite was the first thing to go. DSL FTW over satellite cause I could sneeze and would lose reception for like an hour or so. :7 Then local cable is just highway robbery.

Re: Star Wars/Transformers
On topic...I have seen this and it in just another item in a long stream of garbage items thrown out for parents to buy.
The terminator is nothing special. It is just the tool that puts the ends on the cable. You can buy twist on ones at radioshack. Seems much easier that buying the tool if you only plan on doing one or two ends. |

Nope, every cable contractor I've met called it a terminator tool. You're thinking of a crimper.

Re: Star Wars/Transformers
What kind of crappy toy is that? Man, when I was a kid, we had toys that we could "play" with. That thing is just useless. >:(
I think I know what Joey is talking about. It removes the lock screwed into the F-connector so you can attach it to the coax connector on your tv. Otherwise, the terminator just spins without unscrewing. You could just cut and crimp/screw on a new F-connector if you didn't care about taking tampering one more step. ;) Not like I know anything about that.... |
