go ahead and file your complaint on paypal dude. it worked for me.. what they do is shut down the paypal of person you're complaining against for 30 days.. and the only way for them to get their account back is for u to go on there and cancel the claim. however when the 30 days is up .. and they still dont send u your ---- or money.. threaten to shut them down again through paypal.. they'll give u your ----
