Re:ssac wastegate
the ss autogate works excellent. my only advice is open it up and make sure the 4 set screws inside are tight, run it a while and check it again after like a month.

Re:ssac wastegate
i heard the ssac wastegates are pretty good. unlike his other ----, yeah liek fook said, just check the screws

Re:ssac wastegate
My wastegates are the ----. But yea like Fook said, sometimes I'm high when I put them together and don't tighten the screws all the way. They still rock.

Re:ssac wastegate
I got one with a 14.7psi spring (35mm) for $100+ ship on ebay few weeks ago
Looks like a solid unit, but I dont know ---- so dont take my word Hotrex used one on his old setup, said it worked mint, no creep |
Re:ssac wastegate
I just received mine yesterday. (38mm with 8.7 spring) I'll let you know how it goes. I'm not expecting any problems cuz I'm gonna locktight those bastards in there.

Re:ssac wastegate
Yes locktite them bastards!! I posted awhile back about those damn screws and it almost cost me an engine! Its a quality unit aside from that. Its pretty hard to mess up a CNC machined part. 15k miles since that episode and it has been rock solid.
