PVO, dodges "factory performance options" branch makes stages of upgrades for the SRT4 and the PT cruiser turbo. a local guy has the stage 3 kit on his SRT4 and i think on slicks he went high 12's this summer...
and he has a warranty on that.

you're gonna hear it's still a neon alot so get used to it.
i think they look nice and have huge potential without spending too much money. first thing i would do is lower the ride height A-lot, they come 4x4 ready from the factory, but they'd look way better dropped.
