WElcome to the new world. Well over half of anything automotive will be axed in this economy. I was a big sport compact car reader back when I was in school. It may have not been the best out there but it had its moments.

I always wanted to enter in the SCC Chanllenge and now can't damn!
They have some decent tech. articals.

If it wasn't for Super Street trying to look like a Maxim mag. they would have been axed also.

At least I still can read Dsport yeah.

They started to go downhill. Price went up and page count went down. I remember when it was a magazine that took awhile to read from cover to cover. Now there's nothing to it. They went from like almost a half inch thick mag to like readers digest size. How long till Grassrootsmotorsports kicks the bucket?

Sport compact actually use to be really solid. I think we will see more magazines fail has people cut back on things like magazine subscriptions

Newsflash- All magazines are dead. Count the amount of advertisements vs. actual reading material and you'll realize your $5 was better spent on the internet for 6 minutes.

Oh, and DSport sucks ass.

I did, when it first came out. Then it became a self serving promotion of the editors' cars. Throw on top of that the review of the truck bedliner, (one of the editors must have wanted one for his truck), and it's plain to see they don't give a damn about tech.

I read every issue from '93 thru '97, and sporadically through '98. It's the only magazine I could ever standm then I outgrew it.

I gave forty pounds of the magazines to o0Quicksilver0o, hope he passes them on to a good home in time.

The only magazines I read are the FHM and Stuff magazines my gay barber gives me. I think he thinks that I think he's straight because he gives them to me, but I know what time it is.

I liked Honda Tuning magazine till they started making it 75 percent JDM ---- and K series bullshit. I don't know if it's my love for d-series or what but I can't stand looking at a K series motors. Every time I look at one I think CDM sweat shops for some reason full of 8 yr olds.

I suscribed for two years and killed it due to lack of tech and stupid project cars. They were going downhill and me liking dsms and honda's give more credit to Project Mag and Honda Tuning for keeping it informative.---- even ford and chevy mags are written better. Now if they could start a mag on mitsu's.....

A couple of weekends ago I was at a Hastings and the store had two magazines dedicated to DSM's but I do not remeber the names.
All I know was I was shocked to see a magazine for DSM but was really surprised to see two.

I think one the magazines were called Mitsu but not sure.

I had a subscription to hot rod magazine since I was a kid, but lately it all seems to be $100,000+ builds with chevelles with 22" rims and a ton of unnecessary ----. They used to have articles about making cars fast for $500 and now it seems its all that BS so I cancelled the subscription.
