Talked to guilluame today for a while... I may run a Mfactory produced third in the saenz set. BUT their H setup is on the way.... Right now I have to deal with finding third to fix this one... SO the verdict is that two teeth broke off of the countershaft third gear. Very close to each other one borke then two were there than the next tooth was broke off.... perfectly PRESERVED IN THE MAGNET. Hopefully by the end of the week, there will be a solid solution.... gear counts 18/30 I would have thought that the gear with 18 teeth would have broke first...


If not its for sale, if I can fix it... I NEED to run a ten in it. M Factory re-expressed its interest in letting me trest thrash one of their setups when I talked t Guilluame. Untill then I think NO ONE in the car with me when I beat it ids the delicate balance line of the violentness of the power vs structural integrity of the trans. Simply put... No beating on it with four people any more.


The good news is that only two tooth came off of One gear... SO unless something really crappy rears its head unexpectedly (which with my luck probobly will happen)... Its hopefully fixable for a reasonable amount of cash money

No beating on it with fourFAT people any more. I think you should just roll solo with mid boost, and low boost when you have passengers, sure they want to feel it's power but you know it wont be worth it.

Damn, Nog! If you end up getting rid of this thing may I suddest RX7+LS1+turbo? Good luck getting something going. I just had eye suregery and I can't see ----! My gears are on the way so once I get healed up I'll throw them in and let these turbos spool like they should.

Id love one, that or a 240sx with LSx swap... THEN a big turbo... If I could find one for about 12 Gs Id be seriously intereseted...

Sorry to hear of your misfortune. Put that hooptie back together, get your 10.XX time slip ( I have some if you just want me to give you one). And then get your nig nog loving ass back in the seat of a mopar or other V8 ride of your choice. I'll post pictures of the turbo dart tomorrow just for you. We primered it tonight so it wasn't 4 different colors anymore. HMT all the way.
