Hope you asked the cop if you can have a look at the radar he used to nail you.
many times they make ---- up eg. some random speed, and if they cant proof the speed you were doing they cant do ----.

Yeh definately , its your full right to ask for the proof.
Best thing is to ask to have a look at the speed radar at the time of event.

the cop doesnt have to show you anything. All he has to do is tell the judge he calibrated his gun be4 and after his shift. My neighbor was a cop, he would just tell me to fight it and hope the cop doesnt show up to court

you dont have anything to worry about, once you have 2 driving on a susp DL, 1 driving w/o DL, wreckless(89/55), and 12 points on your DL and you are going to court for the 3rd driving on a susp then complain

so what if the cop does show up for court, and i am like....i dont think i was going that fast and then he will prolly ask the cop right? and then its my history of speeding tickets and the cop against me. so i dont think its going to work

All I have to say is ------ pigs. I lost my license 3 times and I finally got it back and I refuse to speed anymore. ---- that. All it causes is $,$, and headaches. My suggestion is to slow down, pay the ****** or get it dismissed, and try your hardest not to get in any more trouble. It only gets worse I'm tellin ya.

There are many ways to fight tickets. You can start by subpoenaing (sp?) all the documents relative to the case. It is my understanding that many prosecutors do not believe that traffic case defendants have the right to discovery and we do. I say we because I am preparing to fight a ticket. If the prosecution fails to provide documents you can possibly get the case dismissed. Another thing is that you have the right to a speedy trial. In most states that means 45 days from the time you set your court date. So if the prosecution doesn't give you the documents you request and you show up to court and they try to reschedule your trial date so you can have time with the documents requested, you can ask for the case to be dismissed because the time frame would violate your right to a speedy trial. Do some research its all here on the web.

what if the cop is there because I was going 69 in a 30....so he will prolly be there.
