Just sent off my disclsoure letter above by registerred mail.

Can anyone tell me what kind of a case I have if the cop attained my speed using radar? If he didnt get me on radar?

Id appreciate some info on that

Thanks

it should say on the ticket how he clocked you. if it doesnt say how then you are scott free, if it was by pace you've got a chance, if it is radar then bend over and kiss your *** goodbye thats a difficult one to win

you can try and see if the cop calibrated the radar gun himself. If he did not then how does he know it is dead on?

Why would I get off scott free if he didnt catch me on radar? Is it because I was going in the opposite direction with mild traffic and I only seen him for a few seconds and couldnt gauge my speed by eye

i didnt say you'd get off because he didnt have you on radar. if he didnt write how he clocked you on the ticket, how do we know he even knows how fast you were going, see my point. now with out radar, the most accurate way to clock you, you have room to push doubt into the judges head because human error comes into play

The ticket is for 120 in an 80 zone and its reduced, I dont know what the speed was because like i said he didnt talk to me one bit, ticket and gone.

I filed for disclosure though to get all his notes and everything made and sent out to me, hopefully they dont send me those so I can ask for dismissal on those grounds, I sent it registerred mail to. If they dont send it I'll say I sent it before, didnt get a reply, then sent it again this time with registerred mail and still didnt get a reply

If he didnt get me on radar. WHAT CAN HE SAY TO PROVE MY SPEED?

did you plea guilty to get the extension on the ticket, cause if you did ur fucked cause then you would be lying in court, major offense, worse than speeding. but if you plea not guilty then you probaly can talk to the judge again arrange an agreement. trust me got lots of experiance here. PM for help.

I plead not guilty and asked for an extension so I could retain counsel, which i dont think I will if someone can show me how to prove my case
