yeah jay leno knows his ----. Hes one of the few rich car enthusiasts out there.
When Ariel couldn't get testing in america because the hondas wouldn't pass emissions testing, Ariel called up GM to see if they could use the ecotec engine. GM said no. Ariel called Jay(who was awaiting delivery of his atom) and told him they couldn't make them in america. Jay promptly called up GM and said "hey i would really appreciate it if you could let them use your motor"
a few months later the first ecotec powered atom rolled off the line. Leno is an absolute pimp
