First off, you need to remove your fender, now most ppl simply unbolt it, but what would be the fun in that?

What you need is at least a 10lb sledge hammer, a bottle of sulfuric acid, and 1000 of those little breath mints that kick my ass when I eat too many of them...

Use the Sledge to remove the fender, be verry carful not to damage the windshield in this process. Once you have the fender off, use the sulfuric acid in your engine oil, it helps remove sludge and other gunk, which could clog your super OMG JDM VTAK SMIC!!! :S

Finially eat all the breath mints and die. :y

nice engineering blueprint to spec!

to the noob trying to install the side mount why dont you put it were i put mine instead of the ac condenser only between the bumper cover and the support just juse screws and mount to support like i did

Put the intercooler in whatever spot you can get it where it will get the most air to it. take off the front bumper cover and start there....just bolt it to your bumper support. make sure that you can still run your charge pipes from the in AND out through any little holes that are currently filled with things you dont need (eg. overflow bottle, air box...) If you need any more help installing anything i say take the high road and try actually going thru this site and reading up on how to boost yo' ----. the N00B how to is probably a good place to start.

WOW!!!! is that a gas ball valve on the oil feed line to restrict the oil flow! thats hmt balling right there and napa ps line that stuff holds 400psi and is not expensive like the other stuff! and i use it instead of high buck fuel injection line(7.80/ft!) compared to 1.25 or so for the ps ----!
