260+ whp in a 1100-1200 ride, is nothing crazy?

Ri-ight.

You do realize a properly set up Seven handles better than you can drive it? Like most people complain that they feel they can't shift gears fast enough in an S2000, most people complain that they can't turn the steering wheel fast enough in a Seven. They turn like a video game.

i understand this, but the powerplant itself isnt anything crazy.

its the chassis that makes it a hoot to drive.

I was looking at Super7 kits and they weren't too bad. Damn talk about a snug fit. The damn seats are touching! lol. I'll still take one. Super7's are badass.

1) A Locost is not a kit. Locost is to HMT much like Super Seven Kits are to HT. You build it your goddamn self, from the frame up, like a man.

2) Seats have no place in a Super Seven. In fact, there is no place to fit them in a true Lotus-sized Seven. The side panel and transmission tunnel are designed to have some vinyl-covered foam wedged in there to act as seat bolsters... and anyone medium build past 5'8" or so starts having trouble fitting their ass in there.
