someone to remove bolts

does anyone know of a place near Lakewood, Long Beach, Cerritos or anywhere remotely near this area where i can have a bolt tapped out of my turbo flange? because there is a bolt in there that WILL NOT come out.

I agree BUT my method works good also.. weld a washer and a nut on the broken off bolt any good welder can do it. but once you have the bolt welded on turn it out with a wrench. if it still is stuborn heat the outside up while you do the wrench turning

easy outs tend not to work very well with turbos and exhaust bolts/nuts/studs etc... just get the manifold right around the bolt cherry red with a torch and try and get it out then. You can also take a center punch and distort the flange on the side with the smallest material around the threads on the side of the flange, just get it nice and orange and start tapping the center punch in towards the theads perpendicular to the bolt into the flange... just enough to get it to distort very slightly. Ive gotten trouble bolts out of turbo exhaust housngs that way at times.

cut it off, center punch, Drill and tap. done. I did 5 on my first turbo. 8x1.25 thread on most.

yea i got it out a while ago. i tried drillin through it and the smaller bits worked but my bigger bits were dull. so then i just took the nut off and i just put vice-grips on the bolt and kept turning it, and it actually got it out. took a good 20 min. tho.
