It's a free turkey from Hitchhikkr's workplace, and I've been enjoying the HMT recipes recently since I threw myself into being Mr. Mom. So, I don't mind cooking, but it's my first bird so I figured I'd go traditional as I don't want to mess it up playing around.

Mom's coming over tomorrow and showing me how to make her stuffing. I only need to remember it for as long as it takes to teach the kid how to make it, then I can crash her house for free food the rest of my deadbeat life.
