someone help me! im so lost

ok i don't even know where to begin. my car lags sometimes, feels like it does with a bad 02 sensor. if i go WOT it goes away. it does this till it gets warm, then it goes away for the most part. also if my car doesn't start first try, a cel comes on and it wont start at all until i turn the key off and wait a minute. the cel codes are 1 and 16. 02 and fuel injectors. i checked both and they are good, i think they are old codes but every time i try to reset my ecu they always come back. maybe its the way im resetting the ecu that isn't working. Also when im driving on the highway at about 75 with 1/2 throttle then let off the gas, the cel comes on. Can someone help me out? ive checked both cel codes and they are both working. i don't know what to do, its really annoying.

look for a bad wire in the fuel injectors or 02 sensor. like something that could have broken, came untapped, grounded out etc adn this is in the wrong froum

i have a spoon ground kit, so i don't think grounding is the problem. and the wires to the fuel injectors look good. any other suggestions?

well ant ground kits are gay. and that does absolutely not mean its not a grounding problem. just because your motor is connected to you chassis really really realy really spoon really good, doesn't mean a wire that matters didn't brake
