Somebody help me fix my Smiley welder! Pics too...

Haven't been on here in quite awhile, finished up my supercharger project, ran perfect, then sold it all and am now building a chopper. But in the meantime I decided to break my welder.

My guess as to what happened was that all the metal dust from my grinding over the past year got inside the casing and arced a couple terminals or something. All I know is that I went to use my plasma cutter, and a small flame came out the side of the casing. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of the damage straight away, but I took the damaged area of circuit board down to a local shop and they said everything looks like it's still ok, even though the board was slightly burned. So I epoxied the burned area and put it all back together, it doesn't spark like it was before, but everything turns on just fine, both lights on the top circuit board light up and everything seems to be working, except when i push the button on the torch or the plasma, I don't get any electrical output. Anyone have any ideas, or might be able to pull their unit apart so I can see the underside and make sure I have everything hooked up right or something?

Here's some pics:

I'm at a loss here because I really don't know anything about circuit boards, and I really don't want to have to buy a brand new one.

Thanks for the help guys...

P.S. that is just a relay. You can fix the traces and remote mount one with wires.

Well that's what's strange is because it looks like that part is fine, doesn't look like there's any connection problems or anything? I may have to get a soddering gun and pull it out to be sure.

I can't be too angry because I've been using this thing like crazy for over a year, so I've definitely got my money out of it, I'm just still cheap and want to fix it :)

sometimes I really do wish that I cared more about electronics stuff like this, then I wouldn't have a problem. :'(

you might want to help me out here, i have no idea what you're talking about?

thanks

EDIT: By the way, if I took pictures of the circuit boards, do you think you could tell me what the thermal relays looked like?
