Some trouble installing turbo
 

Hello everyone,
I am installing turbo for first time and I get one problem with my turbo and oil cooling. I connected it lik this :
|engine|---|Oil radiator|------|turbo|------|oil pan|.
Turbo get's alot of oil pressure and it's spittin oil pretty bad. Know the question is"Is it possible, what turbo spits oil because of pressure?", I bough used turbo, but it was working very well on the car(I saw by myself).

sounds like your oil return is no good.. what dimeter tubing did u use for the return?

I am using about 1.5 centimeter diameter hose.
What about cooler? Turbo is beyond radiator.
Is it possible that high oil pressure(its really high!) from radiator, could breach turbo's sealants(if there are some)?

What about hose? It's high pressure 1.5cm diameter hose, is it bad?

he's trying to say you need a bigger hose. I personally like my hose slightly on the small side, but it's nice to get a big one every now and again.

Hmm, but default cooler pipe is about 1cm diameter.
Maybe I should install T-joint pipe and connect with turbo like this

|radiator|---|-------|oil pan|
|
|turbo|---|Oil pan|
?
So turbo wont get such big pressure from oil pump?

kyle, didn't any girls ever tell you that bigger is always better?

anyways, the inlet pipes aren't really what is in question here. The drain needs to be nice and thick with a good flowing area down to the pan.

Thanks alot, I am going to do T-join and install biger draing pipe, wish me luck :)
