get some skunk2's.
coil-overs. these are set about 3/4 the way down. -the header scrapes sometimes.
if you look on www.honda-tech.com under the autocross discussion, you will find at the top a stickey for "springs and ties for sale" go there and piece it all together. you can put together a awsome suspension for really cheap this way. you just have to figure out what spring rates you want. if you go to www.inlinefour.com and go to there coilover/spring page, it will tell you what the spring rates are for some kits like eibach and skunk...

thanks for all the comments guys...it still amazes me that i got this car basically for free and it has 230,000. but it is still in almost perfect condition

Please get some springs, and not coilovers!! coilovers are gay unless you spend 1 thousand for some tein!!!
I would suggest also Neuspeed race springs! I put the neuspeed sports on my crx, and its lowered, but i want it some more!!
IMO h&r, and neuspeed are about the same springs.
