hackish nice set-up. i currently own a gtx bottom end with a set of 9:0 gt spec'd forged aluminum pistons with an N/A head and the gtR turbo and exhaust manifold. i am not planning on being a sleeper at all tho. just hope i can get the build finished adn swapped in by the middle of the year. i will leave that up to you. heheh you seeing mid to low 14's to high 13's on slicks?

Exactly which GT-R turbo spec is it that you've got? And which block 1600 or 1800?

With the GT-X motor I was probably making about 240bhp and with the thing running fairly rich and a conservative ignition map I banged off a 14.1. Everyone who was in the car when the fuel pump was not failing agreed it was well into the 13's. With the GT-R motor I should be seeing low 13's high 12's. The 14.1 was with some shitty bald all seasons.

1800 block. what turbo where you using just the stock vj-20? my friend rana 13.4 with the stock gtx and ecu in his escort on slicks. he now works at Corksport and bought the vj20-t3/4 hybrid and has made a low of 12.6. i know the CS drag protege hit a 12.3 on slicks with just a gtR motor adn being gutted. so i know it can see mid 12's consitantly. i also know a guy with a gtx in his 323 hb that his a 14.1 on stockers too. so there is no need to prove yourself. i have seen many degrees of the BP series motor.
