It looks like that ALSA paint though, they make some of the coolest paints i have ever seen. Like the heat reactive paint (like a mood ring), texture paint (to feel like silk, rubber, whatever..) and obviously their chrome process. I swear i think those people could cure cancer if they moved their focus off paint :y

im trying to look at tyhe door paneling, cuz i used to have an eclipse, but that car looks like a 2 seater

the rear qtr panel and front grille hole under the hood both resemble late 90's mustang.

im gonna guess that with a bunch of bodykit BS custom molded up.
