Default Some different project about Volvo?

I opened this issue on volvo forums but at hmt there is too much professional tuners who did nobody does and i want your idea about Electronic Throttle System Cancellation!.. Please help guys

I have a Volvo C70 2.0t 2001 with a motronic 7.3 ecu and the worst thing is it has an Electronic Throttle Body which makes problems everytime and makes me crazy

There is a Garret T3-T04B hybrid mounted on my car on a custom exhaust manifold. I made a custom piping and custom airbox intake and a custom fmic setup. I mounted a 6.5 bar 325 lph fuel pump and installed bosch 968 (s60r injectors 440cc) injectors on my car and there is something more like fully custom hard tuned ecu software and perfectpower smt 6 piggy back unit hks ssqv bov valve iridium spark plugs wiseco forged piston and arms at 8.5 compression ratio greddy profec spec 2 boost controller and much more and now the PLX R-500 is shipped and i will install it for logging data

but the electronic throttle always makes some mistakes makes me crazy it really works very late and somethimes makes no throttle, potentiomenter problems, idling problems, boost cut problems, non working problems, bad runningproblems, slowing and fastening problems and much more problems

there is a web site about that problems
http://home.comcast.net/~donwillson/tech_info.html

how can i convert my car to a mechanical throttle body?
is this possible?
is there me7 cars have mechanical throttle bodies? i thought to buy a wrecked one's ecu, ecu loom, intake manifold, potentiomenter, throttle body and others?

which parts will i need to convert?
how can i do this?
i thought to do this operations with a standalone ecu and sensors but it costs expensive and there is no very well alternatives with good ecu looms and with all the equipments electronic connections i thought that products may not work properly with my car?

what is your ideas and is there a part list what will i need to make this conversion?

Thx

Are the older model that use a throttle cable able to bolt onto the intake manifold? Much like what people people do when doing K20 swaps into older civics or civics that didn't have a K20.

Yes pre-99 models have different manifold and mechanic throttle body

now i am thinking now about to use pre 99 intake manifold, tb, pedal and throttle wire and use the pre 99 TPS signal on the ME7 ecu with true ohm and resistors if needed. And then work on ecu eproms to get out ETB operations and ETB problems and error codes

maybe the ETB will still on the engine bay but not for use only turns opens and closes by itself?

This is an idea i am really wrong about the ETB i hate it

Motronic 7.3 is gonna hate you if you convert to mechanical TB. 7.1 and 7.3 are not available (as far as I know) without E-throttle. 5.3 was the last of the mechTB me's. Most of its closed loop parameters are dependent on the feedback and outputs of the ETB. Perfect power is a piece of junk BTW.

Quickest and easyest solution:

Full standalone
Aftermarket TB (mustang, LSX, etc>)
A tuner who knows what he's doing.

Granted your car will never be emissions legal without the 7.3 and ETB, so this might be an issue depending on where you live.

Yes i think the standalone is the best solution but there is not much standalones made for volvo's 5 cyl engines
smt 6 is really a piece of junk it makes my car crazy with all the errors and error lamps on
emissions are not a prblem for me i am living in Turkey.

Can my car will grant emissions with a fully custom chip tune?
