The point is obongo is against tax credits/vouchers for people to attend different schools, or private schools. but of course his kids get to go to only the "elite" private schools.

my parents paid cash, no assistance, tax credit, or vouchers of any kind, for elementary and middle school. when i turned 14, i started working, and paid for more than half of my high school education. i don't think the public should get tax credits/vouchers either. it's a personal decision, an investment even. by your logic, we shouldn't pay for 911 or the fire department if we don't use them. i for one, am happy to throw money at the public school system... you know as well as i that there are thousands of uneducated sheep just coming of age flying out of our institutions every year... they need all the help they can get.

as far as your best friend goes, if he can afford it, more power to him.
