Hey, how are you HMT guys doing? Is HotRex still around? I used to hang out on this forum but had drifted away for awhile. Now I'm about to move to a place with a bigger work area, so I am finally ready to turbo the b16 in my CRX. So, who is down for a BUILD PARTY? I will proovide the BEER & PIZZA if some experienced folks can come by for the install. I have all the parts (just need engine bearings and charge piping). Someone experienced with tuning and turbo installs on b-series would be cool.
This would be on a Saturday afternoon, in Lemon Grove CA. Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

How far is lemongrove from the birthplace of the battle of the imports? I am down and maybe b20accord, but hes jew/black. Not a very good mix of negro.

I will try and build the block so that all we have to do at the build party is bolt and wire it into the car. And it will be fun breaking the stock axles...

If i wasnt on crutches (cant drive right now) I'd try to make it over there to clantee to lend a hand...but i am so i cant right now, maybe down the road (but its good to see some sd people trying to get active on here again)

I'll cruise through, but don't expect work out of me. I will however drive all the way down there for the pizza and beer. Coronas will work, Tecate is nasty. Papa Johns pizza with extra garlic sauce.

that is too fuc'n funny :y damn murdy, with the amount of money you will spend on gas....you could buy twice as much pizza and beer and be drunk in half the time

-atleast 2 hrs of driving (each way)
-atleast 100 miles (each way)
-atleast $30 spent on gas

4 hrs,200 miles,$30 is an expensive price for some pizza and beer


.....save your self 4 hrs of time and atleast 200 miles of driving, spend $20-$30 and buy your own pizza/beer :1





to guy guy who started this thread....im not trying to discourage people from helpin you, im just being realistic....... But the sd people should help if they can.

you would be better off building the engine way before the install. dont want to rush anything and ---- that up. BTW, the only way is if i dont have my son on that weekend or if he comes along and helps turn wrneches.

lol i know, but it tastes so much better when it's free. lol. and gas will be more than 30 bucks :-X haha.

uh yeah. if the motor isn't assembled you should have that done. and make sure you have everything so it'll be as close to drop in and go.
