ITs that time again... where we all show up... run our cars... and make up excuses as to why we didnt run good.... hehe no but really next weekend is the big day... im retrofiting my car with new mounts and ordered all the supply for my traction bar.. so 13's and possibly 12's here we come.....

oh yeah this time im buying all the food and drinks... and you all just pitch in like 8 bucks each... Burgers, hotdogs, terriyaki chicken bowls. Nachos... soda water gatorade... But you better pitch in...

So yeah show up early... get a good spot and we'll have more fun this time....

oh great....i need to relocate my battery to the front cause they keep giving me ---- about it at the track!!!!!!!!!!!!

batteries have to be in the rear with some sort of firewall to protect you incase of an explosion. That and you need to have a switch in the back to kill power to the motor not just the battery.

hmm...---- that, cheaper and eaiser if i put it back up front and wrap the ic piping with leather or somthing....would it burn thu vinyl???

Oh yeah... BTW my car is back up and running better than ever..... I stiffened up the suspension (thanks mike) so no more broken differentials for me....

nope! it has to be made outta metal not plastic. that and the battery has to be in a NHRA approved box plus a firewall of some sort needs to be in place incase of an explosion.

so i welded the battery plate on the side of the car in fron of the passenger wheel. ill post pics later tonight

we all agreed to meet up in the parking lot of the carl's JR on cherry ave. next to the gas station at 9:00am.

All you guys better be there because i didnt just go out to Costco last night and buy 150$ worth of food so no one would show up.... oh yeah, if your gonna grub its 10$ a pop... all you can eat.

Breakfast: Bagels & cream cheese and Coffee
Lunch: Hamburgers, Hotdogs,

My best RT was .009... Traction owned my ass.... didnt get to finish my traction bar or my torque mounts.... so my tires kept breaking loose.... damn... i know with a little more practice launching and controlling the wheel spin i could have nailed low 13's....

Have to wait for a spare differential... and have to finish the traction bar... and fix the leak on the slicks... and ill be in there..... once i break into the 12's ill be done with the car, mind you its got full interior, and power everything... and my fatass weighing 250 doesnt help....

oh well better luck next time

Albert, that's real good. How was the first gear? That car is definately a low 13 second car. You just have to work out those traction bugs. The reaction time is good ---- too. (Did you have the pot going? lol)

My first run sucked ballz,( 25.someshit :-[ ) got my car back to the pits, we reset my ecu, after doing that no more problems.

my car is now N/A thanks to it sucking ass with the crappy turbo manifold, oh well. time for a new manifold.
