Actually, my personal thinking is, the reason we have so many drug problems is the risk involved. When you're 16, you want to go out and drink because its illegal, there's a risk involved; that makes it all the more better. After you turn 21, its no longer as fun because now there's no more risk. If we legalized (some) drugs, there'd be less of a problem than there is now.

Man theres way more books than that. Along with catologs and such for growing supplies. THey just need to tax it, like in amsterdam. THey put a tax on weed, so that money went back to the goverment. Thats why prices here are so expensive, there based on amsterdam's taxed price. The actaul growers didnt get all teh profit, a % went to the gov't.

there's a place about 15 miles from me called the growing experience. they sell everything you would need to set up a hydrochronic weed growing system. oh and they advertise on the radio. i bet the feds park in their parking lot and follow big money customers home or get their tag #.

You know law enforcement has gone into the toilet when the main tactic to stop crooks is to pick them up at traffic stops
