a big ass bowl of lettuce, onions, chopped up hard boiled eggs, little pieces of bacon, and some chopped up chicken breasts i like to put ranch on top of it. it's my little concoction i like to call "salad". also will be drinking water with lots of creatine with this little "concoction" ;D

I had a 30 cent bag a cheetos and some strawberry soda. I'm sooooo stuffed, that was luch and breakfast, let's see what dinner has in store for me.

I just ordered 4 cases. I love those things. So quick and so easy. People look at me funny and probably think I'm a freak, but oh well. I'm getting fortified with every vitamin I need to fight for this country damn it. :P God bless America. 8)

sticking needles in your ass b/c your too lazy to get swolled naturally is lame. i was on the juice in when i was young and stupid, now i'm young and smart ;D and you feel better when you know it's natural. taking steroids is like taking your car to the shop to have a turbo "kit" installed, when you could take the time and energy to do it yourself.

i play baseball, tryin toget drafted. haha its an edge you cant get natyrally. ive been lifting hard for 4 years and ive gained more muscle mass in the last 5 weeks than i gained all last year. so...that being said why bust my ass for a 8th of the gains id see without it.....
