I've been working on it if you've been keeping up with my build thread. Not as much as i'd like to but there's progress. Coilovers and a diff rebuild are happening long before i worry about making it look nice. Probably slapping a gp sports kit, widebody origin fenders and a wagan wing on it. Wheels are either going to be rota p45r's 8.5" fronts and 9.5" rears or 16x8 sportmaxx 002's..... Slammed, stretched and vinyled up because paint is for people who have too much time on their hands.

For those of you who dont know, vinyl is the new rattle can paint job. Not graphix but doing the whole car in a single color using only vinyl.

+1 for me too Joey, actually that's probably going to be my next project in the not so distant future. I'm pretty much about done with the Evo, so it's going to be relegated to daily driver status.

I'm wondering what the modern equivalent of the ratrod is? Miata with 1UZ swap and no fenders?

Well, I can tell you a turbo Civic with 6 colors on the front end and tons of fluxcore madness is pretty ratty.. perhaps too ratty to be a ratrod. More like a shitrod.

I was ratrod, not shitrod. I've had 2-3 shitrods, nothing against them but time for something new.
