So I get this message back form him today. Now seeing as this ****** can't type/spell worth a ----, I guarantee 99% this is her on his myspace again. (My comments in red)
"1) If your so smart then you should copy and paste the same snip-it from the smae website about wage garnishment for soldiers on active deployment. You cant do it. I checked before i sent the message. Says right on the website can garnish actively deployed wages :1
2) Judge mathis... I dont know if they explained to you exactly how that works but it is not a legit court they pay you both to be on the show and make you sign a waver that no real settlement will be reached. Uh no you have to file a REAL small claims case and is then heard there and they notify the local court it has been ruled on.
3) I think you are confusing what jag is really all about the tv show is actually about the CAG or Command actions group and is not an accurate depiction of what the militarys lawyers do. They are some of the best lawyers in the country they are not soldiers but contractors who get paid by the D.O.D. I think you're really confused that the military gives ---- about your money. Also I'm suing your wife and no lawyers allowed in small claims
4) This will be the last correspondence you can either take this matter to a real court in which case you will find that even as the co-signer you are still financially reponsible for the loan if the other party happens to go delinquent, or you can just let go of whatever little hope you have of seeing ally in person ever again and get on with your life. But this is a warning any further correspondence will be viewed as harassment with hostile intent and will be dealt with in a legal manner. As you can tell I am a very intelligent person and I know what you can and can not do. So have a nice life." Harassment is not present when a debt is owed. If that was true you could go rack up a huge cc bill and claim harassment, not happening homey. You're right if you default on the loan I am financially responsible, but your *** is legally responsible.

Honestly, I think you'll have a hard time getting your money, but it's not a big investment and really all depends on the judge. Should be easier to put the responsibility on her since you didn't get jack ---- outta the loan.
Hope you stick to it and get something done. Would love to see that "intelligent" person's reaction to being forced to pay.
