I say take the bitch to small claims court via Judge Judy or Judge Mathis or some TV show... I see it all the time. If she even made payments towards the loan its acknowledged that it was a loan. The fact that yall broke up and she married someone else is in ur favor at that point.
Sue for the full amount of the loan...
I've seen this type of case so many times on TV court. You just gotta have proof of the things u need. Even though u co-signed for her, you loaned her money in faith of her repaying it. And don't forge anything. If there's a paper trail ur good to go
