in my opinion brand of alarm doesn't make a difference. the ones with the pager's can be bypassed just like every other alarm... just get one that has a shock sensor/flashing light/ignition kill/goes off when doors/hood/truck opens. add several sirens or an air horn, use a back up alarm battery incase they disconnect yours... they prevent break-ins 9 out of 10 times if it aint worth it... but if u got goodies that would make them wanna take ur whole ----, quick release steering wheel/fuel pump cut off switch/clutch club are most affective imo... jus try to think like one to help prevent being a target of one.

detach wheel is great and the clutch lock is the best but for that easy to steal stuff glue it down. so if they set ur ---- off and think they can still grab and run it will confuse them on why and dash mounted gauge wont pull off which may give you that sec head start on them so you can have bat ready in hand
