A hangover is more than just dehydration. It has a lot to do with a lack of vitamins as well. Since you piss so much when you are drinking you literally piss away the water soluble vitamins in your body. When you are done drinking, take a multivitamin before you go to bed and you will notice a difference.

I had a little bit of a headache earlier today. I took some tylenol, drank some water, and sleep all day.

There was a hangover expert on the radio a few weeks ago. I forget all the good ---- he was saying, but it has alot to do with the vitamins/nutrients getting broken down and pissed out of your body. That guy knew his ----.

It's also not a good idea to take aspirin with alcohol. It can cause kidney failure. I used to always slam 3-4 Excedrin with a glass of water and a multi-vitamin before going to bed after a long hard night of drinking. I guess that wasn't such a good idea. :-\
