so how do you actually know what the messages are? is he telling people about them or are other people recieving them and telling other people?

I don't how stupid this guy is but he might fall for it:

Call him and tell him that the cctv was hacked and many people are aware of what he did.

Tell him to turn himself into the local authorities or the the feed will be sent to them, the media, and broadcast across the outternet, friends, family, ect.

Even if he doen't buy it, the seed of doubt has been planted and he will surely be scared shitless. :y
