I'm so down... The Sunset beach idea or seal beach idea sounds great. As for the food, we need to start up a sign up list so that people can plan what to bring. We should break the foods into categories. 2-3 peeps sign up per category. If you fail to bring your item then you have to donate $10, the money donated will be split between the peeps who bring stuff. I can easily bring some marinated chicken to cook up and some >WHITE RICE<.

for when to do it, should we all plan for the first Saturday in August??

as far as beer goes.. I dont think any parks allow beer.. but ive done this before at the beach, you get all the beer from the same brand, coors miller, whatever you drink and in the parking lot you pour it into one of those thermal water cooler things and you let it sit in the cooler for a while, and then take it out an pour it into cups.
