i heard a story of a guy shooting the entire clip in a guy that was trying to rob him and he got away with it then after the trial he sued the dudes parents for the cost of the bullets.

If you talk to people involved in shootings they think they only fired one, maybe two rounds, when in fact they emptied the magazine. I guess they didn't realize they pulled the trigger that many times. It's a valid arguement in court. Most cops say the same thing, so don't give them a reason to pull the trigger once.
