too much wait/bs/hassle involved.. my neighbor has one too but if you smoked pork in it i cant eat fish you smoke in it.. meh like i said id rather get commercially smoked ----

I love smoked herring but it always gives me heartburn.
now the dried salted cod fillets are the ----, its also a part my country's national dish, I love fish.

its ------- awesome with fried tomatoes/onion sauce

or with blue cheese and plenty of it!!!

I live in St. Johns, Newfoundland, and can drive down the road for 3 minutes and have you whatever fish you want. Smoked, salted fillets, anything. So if Zenice guy doesnt come throught let me know
