i think this is aimed mainly at the buckets that drive around here. It' just like the government will buy your car if it meets certains conditions, age mainly, I don't remember if it has to fail smog or not. Basically you could buy a bucket for a hundred dollars, keep it registered for a year or two and then sell it to the government for 500-1000ish. An old friend of mine sold his beat *** toyota for like 1200. The government is just trying to crack down on these mass pollutors. This ---- don't worry me much.

Have you ever noticed how school buses puff a ---- load of smoke out... i mean its a big *** bus, yeah... but you can taste that ---- from 100 feet away..... i saw one the other day on the freewaym and i thought that ---- was on fire from all the smoke it was huffin and puffin.... they have to crack down on that ---- and the diesel trucks...
