Smaller rad

I need a smaller rad!! My turbo just isn't gonna clear my existing one in my 90 Si..Can the 92-95 Civic rad be made to work without being a complete hack job?? If not, what are you guys with bigger turbo's using for rads??

Re:Smaller rad

get a 92-95 sol rad and drill a hole in the rad support bar between the headlights for the mounting braket. the delsol rad is a double thickness, thats what I heard, not sure if thats the correct term for it though.

Re:Smaller rad

that sounds easy... but its really not, you have to cock the radiator at a angle to get it to sit correctly in a 4g civic/crx. Its just to damn tall.

Don't actually buy from them, just pretend like you are and take their free radiator advice. There are live tech people you can chat with.

I like to have fun with it, when they ask my name, I ask if they're hitting on me. When they ask for your area code, ask for theirs. Tell them what you're wearing, be as descriptive as possible.

dude ur right they are fun to ---- with. but they are pretty damned helpful too. 89 bucks for a new rad aint bad at all. and its got a one year warranty. thats pretty hot. nice link giraffe, looks like i wont need to have a leaky rad anymore, they have decent prices.

Tell them you spoke to a gentleman named "George" and he said you will get $15 off. Trust me, this works.

Radiator Expert: Have a nice afternoon!

You: How do I get rid of these green spots on my penis?

Radiator Expert: Yes?

You: I need some of the free advice.

Radiator Expert: Thanks. I'll have George or one of his techs call you in under ten minutes. Meanwhile you can call us if you prefer at 800-228-8068. We'll always be here if you buy a radiator or just need free advice!

You: 1-800-228-8068

Radiator Expert: My name is Chuck but any of us can help you out. We're here now and the number is 800-228-8068.

Radiator Expert: I could sell this to you but there's nothing worse than getting the wrong radiator. Your best bet is speaking to George, our lead Ford technician (or one of his techs), to verify your radiator - he always figures out the right one the first time with just a couple questions. George is here now, but he’s on the phone. I can have him call you back in one minute - what’s your phone number?

Radiator Expert: With a Lifetime Warranty the replacement radiator costs $169. With a one year warranty it's only $149. That's about 1/3 what the dealer charges. Hold on --

You: Well, you see.. my girlfriend was changing my oil, and she spilled some in the driveway. Needless to say, I beat that bitch down with a wrench, and shoved her ------- face into the radiator. All of the fins are smashed, and it doesn't cool anymore. What am I to do?

Radiator Expert: good. The aftermarket fits and cools just like OEM, but you'll save some cash. Do you want quotes on just the radiator -- or installation too?

You: Type-R

Radiator Expert: Would you prefer quotes on an OEM or aftermarket radiator for your Mustang?

You: Pony

Radiator Expert: Do you know the engine size?

You: 2000 Mustgay

Radiator Expert: What's the model and year of your Ford?

You: Ford
