SLicks alternative
I cant afford slicks or drag radials and My Kumho Ecstas dont grip worth a ---- at the track. Is there anycheap alternatives for tires? Someone said well worn BFG's or some tires like that and possible with some rubber conditioner?
How does that sound? |

stop being so cheap u can find some very cheap drags for very little money...i think josh got his for 160-180.. one of those too... there are cheaper ones out there u just got to look

a big burnout on stock tires wouldent give you any more traction.
and i dont think you should realy be raceing if you cant afford to buy slicks. what if you break somthing in your ride like.. the block. |

I used to think the same way until I actually started doing bigass burnouts on my street tires. I use to go around the wet box like your supposed to do but one time I went through it like woah and never looked back |

If your broke search ebay for used slicks. I got 2 sets of some 20x8x14's that were in good condition for like 120 shipped.
