Default Sleep

Does any one have any idea's to help me sleep. For the past two month's i have only sleepth 2-3 hour's a night it's getting ------- crazy. I work a long second shift were i have to be at work by 4 and i get off somewhere around 10-3:00am. I try to be in bed by 40 but i cant ------- fall asleep till about 90-100 and im up by 12-120. Ive tried sleeping pill's nothing, ive mix beer with them also nothing. I quit drinking any kinda caffine. Hell i can drink a 24pack and take pill's and still not fall asleep. Any one have any way's of helping me out? But hell if not than you'll have one less noob who has failed to turbo his car yet to deal with. Cause i think im gonna ------- die from lack of sleep.

I have a hard time falling asleep on a regular basis. Either I dont feel sleepy, or it seems like my mind is on overdrive thinking about stuff. I typically get to bed around 3am, and Im up around 10 on work days, so it works out.
I have a giant bottle of generic 'night time sleep aid', and they work for me. If I know I need to be up early and Ive been staying up very late the past couple of days, take 2 sleeping pills and a hot shower will put me down enough to fall asleep.

In reality, if I actually exercised on a daily basis and didnt have a nicotine habbit, I know I would sleep better.

leed, try ambien. you need a prescription for it, but its the ----. 10mg tabs; 1 tab, 10 minutes and you're out. just tell your doc that you're suffering from insomnia.
