what program did u use to convert video to an animated gif?

i take screenshots and use an animated gif maker.. but that gets tiring...

I'm on my parent's comp so I had to do something similar... screenshots with Windows movie maker and splice it together with photoshop CS2

Look around on the net, I used to make .gif's using a program that would take a video and save every frame as a picture.
