the gtr can certainly compete with the 911, z06, F430, gallardo or whatever on a road race track.
but most of them will be faster than it in the 1/4 and if someone drives those cars bad it wouldn't be hard for the gtr to beat it, but considering equal drivers it won't fare well against the z06 and 911

******the gtr is aiming for any driver, anytime, anywhere. Something makes me think nissan won't disappoint on this one, they have too much invested and too much at stake. They had over 30 911's a the ring for testing, to ensure that the skyline could smoke them. Dude do some research, the gtr posted faster lap times than the SLR McLaren. Overall, it's going to be a solid car. Sure the z06 will be right with it, ------- duh it's a motor with a steering wheel, but in terms of overall quality and originality, nissan wins it hands down. And essentially, for nissan it's a heritage thing too, just like the corvette.

i already went over the lap time. they cheated to run that time. thats why its unofficial. 3rd party testers have ran it 7:50ish and thats c5 z06 territory. not impressive for a 80k+ car. with the 60k+ markup when they first come out
the GTR is no match for the c6 z06 i any type of race
people are already ******* the GTR's quality...
nips have to cheat to compete and thats obivious with the overhyped skyline (just like they hyped the ---- out of every sklyine, they all ran high 13s)
