Skunk2 exhaust for EF sedan?
I've been looking for a full Skunk 2 exhaust system for my 91 4door civic but I'm not finding any... I was wondering they even made a system for my car, and if they didn't, would one for any other car fit on it?

Re: Skunk2 exhaust for EF sedan?
Ummm brotha man. I don't think anyone made an exhaust system for the 4dr besides Honda and Midas. Time to bust out the fluxcore, buy some tubing and a skunk2 fart can if you want that "Skunk2 Catback".

Thats the only 'aftermarket performance' exhaust that I know of for an 88-91 sedan. And it looks rather ricey, and of poor build quality. |
Re: Skunk2 exhaust for EF sedan?
Will any exhaust systems from say the hatch or CRX of the same body style fit with a little retro fitting?
|
Re: Skunk2 exhaust for EF sedan?
I know the axle-back section from a crx will fit on no problems. For the mid-section you might need EF hatch though. :-\

Re: Skunk2 exhaust for EF sedan?
Any body want to buy the front half of a CRX SKunk 2 exhaust and the rear half of a EF Hatch Skunk2 exhaust?!?!?! lol Thanks for the input guys! I'm going to have to do some looking into what it would take to extend the CRX system...

Re: Skunk2 exhaust for EF sedan?
Just go custom, buy the piping, buy a cheap fluxcore and you still probably come out ahead $$$ wise
Fabricate something |
Re: Skunk2 exhaust for EF sedan?

Re: Skunk2 exhaust for EF sedan?

Re: Skunk2 exhaust for EF sedan?
As soon as I get my D16 and get it built and turboed, I want to run the exhaust straight out the side of my fender... thought it would be sweet to have a 18-24" 3 or 4 " exhaust running straight from the turbo out! It'd be kind of loud but I love noise!
|
Re: Skunk2 exhaust for EF sedan?
im sure the hatch back one woudl fit . i think you just have to add some piping to extend it

Is the 4 inch a bad idea? I'm just kind of throwing around ideas right now... It wont be til later Feb or early March until I finally have a D16 and enough money to get it turboed...

Re: Skunk2 exhaust for EF sedan?
I wouldn't even really call it exhaust though... It'd go straight from the turbo, out the front fender. Not ricey... just different.

Re: Skunk2 exhaust for EF sedan?
wtf is a d16 going to do with 4 inch? My superduty puts out 432hp and around 760 ftlbs(If I remember right) on 4inch.
