Quit all tobacco cold turkey a few months ago, not near as hard as everyone makes it out to be. I also rarely drink anymore so that probably has something to do with how much easier it was. 'sure' and that was maybe a month ago |

i enjoy almost any form of nicotine. dont like red man too much tho. a pack of camels and some skoal mint pouchs is a nice combo.

Skoal Apple and Peach are my favorites. I had to cheat when I quit smoking (the whole coughing up blood thing just wasn't for me) and I never really quit chewing after that. I don't do too bad though, 1 can lasts me almost a week.
