There's a guy here that ran a 13.8 in a '88 HF with a Y8, home made intake, DC headers, MSD, Eibach pro kit, and the seats removed. Stock tires.

damn thats nuts... ive never seen a N/A single cam civic break 15 so thats why i was impressed seeing 14.8, but then agian i don't really pay attention to them at the track.
