Single Cam ET/MPH Record?

I was just browsing around a tad bit tonite trying to find the fastest single cam ET & MPH. The best i saw was 11.27. Anyone know what THE fastest single cam is, ET or MPH wise? I really don't wanna have to post this on Honda-tech, I'll probably get banned for starting the largest E-Thug gathering on record.
