Would be a better punishment. There was some crap on the history channel about some big prison where all the violent offenders get sent. Said they had a separate ward for sex offenders because the other prisoners would kill them.

Sex offenders and child abusers are viewed as scum by any other type of prisoner, and they get treated as such.
