they don't put 4 bangers in mustangs since a long time ago
i just got a 85 mustang lx with a 4 banger in it. i traded a sks and 50 bucks for it. i really like the rims they have on it and the tires are brand new. reason it was so cheap is the tranny was off and has been sitting for about two years but it also came with a brand new clutch so i felt i came out with a good deal sence my sks was jamming up on me even after i cleaned it real good several times(paid 170$ with tax for it). my friend also has a 84 turbo 2.3 hatchback mustang. isnt anything special but is a cool little car. same kid has a 93 turbo convertable mustang 2.3(car didnt come stock like that he put a turbo thunderbird engine in it) . oh and the same kid has a murcary capri with the 2.3 liter engine. the guy is a ford/mustang guy. but ya that car should get me around for a dd/second car till i get my honda back up. then maybe ill turbo it or throw a different motor in it

i believe him. its not that hard. theres a lot of reasons why he could of won. and its not that big of a mis match race like everyone is making it out to be.

my brother's 04gt w/ only drag radials(no exhaust or intake, nothing) runs 13.8. so you figure maybe a 14 flat or very low 14 bone stock. i have a 91 std hatch, LS w/ I/H/E and i run a high 14 with a strong tailwind. there is no way in hell a heavy *** eg Si w/ a stock LS even came close. even if he took off in second gear you wouldn't be able to touch him.

I raced a ford F250 super cab daulie and almost got my *** handed to me. IF I had raced him heads up from a light it would have been over, thankfuly we were from a roll so I inched away from him real slow. ...stupid turbo diesels....

I was sitting at a light one day and a model T pulled up. Once that light turned green I ran as fast as I could and smoked that ****** like a GPC. I was sitting at the corner and was blinking my eyes like they were my hazards. PWND.
