should i be mad or happy for them?

probably since around august 3rd... i was the only boost teg in my whole area... i mean hardly even a few boosted civics around town... got mine up and running and took it to the local 8th mile track a few times with "home made turbo.com" across the back window and now 2 months later i go to the track and see like 8 boosted tegs? all the same year as mine :( i liked being the only one that everyone else goes up to askin questions and ---- lol

sorry for the pointless thread... jus wondering if i should be mad or happy for them...

Re:should i be mad or happy for them?

sounds good... i already had motivation to go faster tho... when i couldn't hit faster then a 9 on the 8th mile with my junkyard turbo i knew something was in need of a change... t3/t4 mildbuid with uber for a while shouldn't do to bad against these street stock cars but we'll see how ---- goes.

start networking!!!!!

One man in search of parts is a mission. One man with a network of 10 other guys that know what their talking about finding parts is a cheap, easy way to get parts. (for all of them) ;)

So Cal gang R3PR3Z3NTA

Re:should i be mad or happy for them?

after people found out I swapped my motor myself I had ricers asking me to install their gauges "I don't care if they work, I just want them to light up" ok, sure. ---- that ----, I never called him back. at least those fools didn't want you to help them do that ----.

On one of our local forums, it seems like everyone is either boosted or has plans to boost... like a non-boosted Honda is going to be a rare find anymore.

Re:should i be mad or happy for them?

Be happy. I wish I had people in my town with boosted cars.....or ANY performance car. :-\ It wouldn't take much to have the fastest Honda in town. Throw a turbo on and you're there. :-\

I want some competition, a challenge, anything. I almost feel like it's pointless to build my car because I don't have a track to run at and I don't have any competition. Who am I going to race, Civic DX's with CAI and neon? ::)
