Ive had such bad luck with ebay this year. One $130 item and One $200 item were never shipped and a $300 turbo that was blown. I was lucky and got my money back on all three
the first two I didn't get an email 2 days after I had paid, I pay the second an auction ends. So before the money went all the way through I filed a dispute. wich turned into claims and I got my cash back. But if I had waited I would have never seen a dime.
And the turbo I bought amoney back guarantee insurance on it from paypal. I was still out $60 on that one for shipping it the first time and then sending it to paypal for the refund.
From now on I talk to the seller first and make sure theyre going to get me a tracking # within 3 days. If they can't I pass. If the seller doesn't like that I just pass on it. If the money isn't in someone paypal acount paypal won't be able to get your money back for you.
On this guy **** leave negetive he needs to learn to be upfront and talk to you about shipping before he buys stuff. One dick head like that can ruin your ebay account and your paypal.

I went with neutral. I got my money and he got his part, so I don't think negative is needed.
1. Time to transfer cash to my bank so I had cash to ship it

even though this guy sounds like a raging homosexual..... positive.... he cancelled his dispute after things were cleared up. plus you got your money.... i'd be pretty pissed if i got negative feedback over a misunderstanding like that. maybe just demand him to apologize in person on the forum.
